For Dr. Miraz, her work with National Ministries is more than a job, it is ministry and service. "I see myself as a supportive caregiver and servant leader to members of the staff and Board of National Ministries," she explains. "These are the people that God has placed in my professional life." Miraz is also a corporate officer of the Board of National Ministries, serving as Recording Secretary.
Miraz describes her responsibilities as helping and leading people as they seek to fulfill their ministry goals. Serving in partnership with National Ministries' Board and staff has proven rewarding for Miraz, who enjoys providing assistance, guidance and leadership to functions of the Board and the organization.
Overseeing all aspects of human resource management, means Miraz has responsibilities ranging from recruitment to retirement, salary and benefits administration, training and development, and motivation and performance. She also is an advocate for employee relations and is committed to providing a "listening ear."
Miraz says, "This is a caring ministry; a commitment to assist staff and Board members to maximize their leadership and service potentials."
