We all create patterns of thinking about any subject that help us make sense of our world. These mental "pictures" of how things ought to be form our "mental models" that determine our behavior. Our "mental model" of church determines what we believe a church should be and do. This article will take a look at some current "mental models" about church and examine how they may be affecting your church's ability to adapt to the needs of today's world.
