National Ministries celebrates, affirms history—reclaims name American Baptist Home Mission Societies

On April 27, 2010, friends, colleagues, board members and staff of National Ministries traveled to New York City to commemorate the 178th anniversary of its founding organization, The American Baptist Home Mission Society. Opening the historic event, Executive Director Dr. Aidsand F. Wright-Riggins III declared: “We’re here to reaffirm who we are, to reclaim who we are...as we celebrate our history and as we make new paths toward our future.”
